Common questions

Which pollen does Sneezecast forecast? The tree, grass and weed pollen that Google's Pollen API forecasts for your area in the United States, five days ahead, together with the EPA's AirNow air quality.

How does it learn my triggers? Each evening you log how the day felt in two taps. After ten logged days, the app compares your days with the pollen and the air you were exposed to, on your phone, and ranks what moves your symptoms.

Is my diary private? Yes. Your symptoms, medicine, notes and triggers never leave your phone. See the privacy policy.

How do I restore Sneezecast Plus on a new phone? Open Settings → Sneezecast Plus → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.

How do I cancel? In the iOS Settings app: your name → Subscriptions → Sneezecast. Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

The widget says "Open to refresh". The forecast it shows is more than 18 hours old. Open Sneezecast once and the widget updates.
